Charles
Morrow-Jones is the Director of Enterprise Networking within
University Technology Services at Ohio State University. He and
his group are responsible for data connectivity both to and within
the OSU campuses, including Internet and Internet2 services, connections
for off-campus users and 20,000+ connections to the campus backbone
network. Chuck has been involved with various aspects of information
technology for 25 years. He holds a Masters degree from Ohio State.
Russell
Morrison is a Customer Service Engineer, Enterprise Networking,
The Ohio State University His primary responsibilities include campus
wide support for customer network design, consultation, and configuration.
Russell's description of his job: "As a Customer Service Engineer
my goal is to assess a departments "As Is" and "Desired" technological
positions. Once this information is gathered a customer profile
is developed. From the profile a technical solution is engineered
for the customers desired state, subject to the risk, financal and
other constrants based on information from the customer profile."
