Randy
Wiemer is Associate Director of Information Technology for the
University of Missouri System where he is responsible for coordinating
IT activities across the University's four campuses and outreach
and extension programs. He is presently involved in an Active Directory
migration along with a single (reduced) sign-on and account management
system, a.k.a., meta-directory. Since 1997 he has worked to deploy
a unified email system using Microsoft Exchange. Previously he was
involved in implementing a data warehouse and constructing Web-based
transactional systems using the data warehouse. He holds a Bachelors
degree in Mathematics from Drury College, and a Law degree and a
Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Nate Wilken is a Senior Applications Systems Analyst
for Information Technology at Arizona State University. His group,
ASU Web and Messaging Applications and Consulting, is responsible
for the support and development of the Web and messaging systems
and software used by over 50,000 Students and Employees at the University.
He is the lead manager of the Exchange server complex and coordinate
development and support efforts for the Exchange organization. Nate
holda a BS in Mathematics and Mathematics/Computer Science from
Purdue University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in
Computer Science at ASU.

Randy has shared with us the URL for the University of Missouri Email Initiative, www.system.missouri.edu/exchange/, which is implementing MS Exchange in replacement of a myriad of other email systems in order to facilitate collaboration among staff, faculty, and students.
