Background Resources

There's a really good article in the latest issue of Network Magazine entitled IP Telephony: What Does the Future Hold? by David Essex. You may need to establish a complimentary username and password to access the article. The paper from a presentation at last month's EDUCAUSE conference in Seattle entitled IP Telephony: The End Of The World As We Know It? by Scott V. Street is also available online.

If you really want to dig deep and go the full book route, here are a couple of recent books available from Amazon.com: Voice Over IP Networks by Marcus Goncalves and Delivering Voice Over IP Networks by Daniel Minoli and Emma Minoli.
